Return Process

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a new shade or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification as soon as your refund or exchange is processed.
